About Agri Connexions Africa
Our History
Agri Connexions Africa is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization registered in the United States and a registered Trust in Namibia. It was established in 2014 and became fully operational in 2016. Founder, Courtney Dehn-Gurbacki, launched and nurtured the growth of the organization recognizing an area where much value could be added for small-scale farmers—the provision of training and mentorship services that is long-term in nature and meets farmer-expressed needs and interests. Agri Connexions Africa has been successful in the development and execution of projects under its own guidance and in collaboration with other organizations, attracting a growing amount of support to expand its impact.
Governance & Management
Agri Connexions Africa is governed by a committed Board of Directors. The team has technical expertise, financial and management experience, and a commitment to strengthening the capacity and agency of its on-the-ground team and farmer partners.

On-the-ground operations are managed by a project management team and a growing cadre of community trainers. All activities are overseen by a local Board of Trustees. Talented farmers serve on our Board of Trustees and participate in the planning of strategies and operations.
